Most of our furniture ships from the manufacturer to our Hempstead hub and then goes out on our delivery route, so timing depends on when your item arrives from the supplier. We call ahead to set your delivery appointment, and an adult must be home to receive the order. Free delivery and assembly within 10 miles of our Hempstead hub (120 Fulton Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550) on orders of $499 or more. For orders under $499, or addresses more than 10 miles from the hub, the delivery fee is shown at checkout. Most Queens addresses are more than 10 miles from the hub, so the fee for your address will be shown at checkout. Please plan for parking on your block and let us know about any building rules, such as elevator reservations or delivery-hour restrictions, when you order.
