From Bay Ridge and Bensonhurst to Flatbush, Crown Heights, Canarsie, Williamsburg and Park Slope, A&M Discount Furniture and Mattress delivers to every Brooklyn neighborhood. Orders leave from our delivery hub at 120 Fulton Ave in Hempstead and travel our regular routes into Brooklyn, so you can furnish a brownstone, a co-op or a new rental without renting a truck.
Planning furniture for a Brooklyn space
Brooklyn homes often come with brownstone stoops, tight turns at the top of the stairs and rooms with radiators or bay windows. A few minutes with a tape measure saves a lot of trouble: check the width of the front door, every hallway and the stair landing, and compare with the product dimensions. Modular sectionals, sofas with removable legs and beds that assemble in the room are good choices for walk-ups. Our guide on measuring doorways and stairs walks you through it.
What Brooklyn customers shop most
- Sofas – apartment-size sofas and loveseats as well as full-size sofas for family rooms.
- Sectionals – modular and sleeper sectionals that work as a guest bed for visiting family.
- Mattresses – mattresses in twin through California king, with memory foam, hybrid and innerspring options.
- Bedroom Sets – queen and king bedroom sets, storage beds and kids' bedroom furniture.
- Dining Sets – dining sets for eat-in kitchens, open-plan apartments and formal dining rooms.
- Recliners – power recliners and space-saving wall-hugger recliners.
Delivery details for Brooklyn
Most items ship from the manufacturer to our Hempstead hub first, then go out for delivery, so the delivery date depends on when your item arrives from the supplier. We call ahead to schedule a time, and someone 18 or older needs to be there to sign. Free delivery and assembly within 10 miles of our Hempstead hub (120 Fulton Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550) on orders of $499 or more. For orders under $499, or addresses more than 10 miles from the hub, the delivery fee is shown at checkout. Brooklyn addresses are generally more than 10 miles from the hub, so the fee for your address will be shown at checkout. If your building requires a certificate of insurance or an elevator reservation, tell us when you order so we can plan the delivery.
Financing with Affirm
Want to spread out the cost? Affirm is offered at checkout, subject to eligibility, with monthly payment plans on furniture and mattresses. Details are on our Financing page.
